Job Summary:
Aspiro Pharma is conducting a walk-in drive to hire talented individuals for various positions in Production and Engineering departments related to injectable manufacturing. Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities will vary depending on the role and department. However, the general responsibilities are outlined below:
Production (Injectables – Vial/Ampoule/PFS/BFS):
- Operating and cleaning equipment for Vial, Ampoule, PFS (Pre-Filled Syringes), and BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) processes, including washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, filling machines, and sealing machines.
- Adhering to strict aseptic practices in Grade A/B cleanroom areas.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive QMS (Quality Management System) documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), Deviation Reports, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) records.
- Operating autoclaves, lyophilizers, and preparing components for the manufacturing process.
Engineering/Maintenance:
- Performing preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on injectable manufacturing equipment.
- Managing utilities, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), WFI (Water for Injection), and Pure Steam systems.
- Conducting qualification and calibration activities to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-12 years of experience in injectable manufacturing, sterile operations, or pharma engineering.
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation), ITI, Diploma.
- Location: Karkapatla(V), Markook(M), Siddipet Dist, Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
