Job Summary
Aura Lifecare is seeking dedicated professionals to join our expanding team. We have immediate openings in our Export Operations and Regulatory Affairs departments. These roles are designed for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are looking to build a high-impact career within the pharmaceutical industry. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in global export logistics, international documentation, and complex regulatory compliance processes.


Job Responsibilities

Export Operations

  • Documentation Management: Execute and oversee all necessary export documentation with high accuracy.
  • Coordination: Manage seamless communication between internal departments, third-party manufacturing partners, and logistics providers.
  • Operational Execution: Support production planning and backend operations to ensure the smooth, timely execution of export orders.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant export regulations and company policies.

Regulatory Affairs

  • Documentation & Dossiers: Prepare, compile, and review comprehensive regulatory dossiers and technical documents.
  • Submissions: Manage regulatory submissions for various international markets, ensuring timely approvals.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all products and processes meet global regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth regulatory workflows and handle advanced regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong foundation in pharmaceutical processes and a commitment to professional growth.

  • Educational Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc preferred).
  • Experience Levels:
    • Export Operations: Freshers are encouraged to apply. A basic understanding of pharmaceutical export processes is an advantage.
    • Regulatory Affairs:
      • 1–3 years of experience for core documentation roles.
      • 4–5 years of experience for advanced regulatory process management.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination skills. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.
