Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities will vary depending on the role and department. However, the key responsibilities for each position are as follows:
Production (Compression | Capsule Filling)
- Operate high-speed compression & capsule filling machines (Fette, Sejong, Bosch, etc.).
- Perform in-process checks, yield reconciliation, and line clearance.
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues and maintain cGMP documentation.
Engineering (Continuous Coating)
- Handle operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of continuous coating systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance & calibration of coating equipment.
- Support validation and qualification activities.
Quality Assurance (Market Complaints)
- Investigate market complaints and product quality complaints.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate with CFTs and prepare investigation reports as per regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / ITI / B.Sc / M.Sc
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in OSD formulations.
- Prior exposure to USFDA, MHRA, or other regulated markets is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and documentation practices.
