Aurobindo Pharma Limited, a leading global generic pharmaceutical company, is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team. We are hosting a mega walk-in drive on Sunday, December 7th, 2025, to fill multiple positions in our Production (OSD), Packing, and Quality Control departments at our Bachupally (Hyderabad) and Parawada (Visakhapatnam) facilities. Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Technical Assistants and Executives for our Production (OSD), Packing, and Quality Control departments. Successful candidates will contribute to the efficient and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Production (OSD) – Technical Assistant / Executive
- Operate and maintain equipment related to Granulation, Compression, and Coating processes.
- Perform hands-on operations on machines such as Fette, Sejong, GEA, and Glatt.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Packing – Technical Assistant / Executive
- Perform packing operations, including blister packing, bottle packing, and serialization.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of finished products.
- Troubleshoot packing equipment and processes.
- Maintain track and trace systems.
Quality Control – Executive
- Conduct finished product testing and stability sample analysis.
- Perform analysis using HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, and other analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and data integrity standards.
- Utilize LIMS for data management.
Requirements
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in a formulation/OSD pharmaceutical plant.
- Specific Skills:
- Production (OSD): Hands-on experience with Granulation, Compression, and Coating equipment (Fette, Sejong, GEA, Glatt).
- Packing: Experience in blister packing, bottle packing, and serialization processes; knowledge of track and trace systems preferred.
- Quality Control: Expertise in finished product testing, stability samples, HPLC, Dissolution, LIMS, and GLP.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Quality Control positions require a B.Pharm or M.Sc Chemistry degree.
