Current Openings:

We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions at our Unit-XII facility in Bachupally, Hyderabad:

1. Production Technical Assistant (OSD – Oral Solid Dosage)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain high-speed pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including FETTE compression machines and GLATT coating/granulation equipment.
  • Perform key production activities such as granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete batch manufacturing records and ensure all online documentation is compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure continuous and efficient production flow.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

2. Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive finished product analysis, in-process testing, and stability sample testing according to established procedures.
  • Utilize advanced analytical instruments, including HPLC, UV spectrophotometers, dissolution apparatus, and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), for accurate and reliable testing.
  • Thoroughly review analytical data, prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and maintain meticulous GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) documentation.
  • Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and other quality-related issues, providing recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Production Technical Assistant:

  • ITI/Diploma/B.Sc in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering)
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in granulation, compression, or coating processes.
  • Mandatory experience with FETTE compression and GLATT coating/granulation equipment.
  • A strong understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Quality Control Executive:

  • B.Pharmacy/M.Sc in Chemistry or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on finished product testing.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and dissolution apparatus.
  • Experience with LIMS and other laboratory software.
  • Thorough knowledge of GLP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Additional Requirements:

  • Formulation (OSD) experience is mandatory for all positions.
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
