Role Overview
We are currently expanding our workforce and have immediate openings across our Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering departments. These roles are critical to our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products adhere to the highest international standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong technical foundation in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA) Department:
* Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal quality standards.
* Conducting audits, document reviews, and managing the documentation process to support regulatory filings.
* Identifying and resolving quality-related issues through root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Quality Control (QC) Department:
* Performing routine analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
* Operating, maintaining, and calibrating sophisticated laboratory instrumentation.
* Maintaining accurate records of test results and ensuring all laboratory practices align with safety and quality protocols.
Engineering Department:
* Overseeing the maintenance, installation, and operation of plant machinery and utilities.
* Ensuring the smooth functioning of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
* Monitoring and upgrading systems to meet safety and environmental standards within the production facility.
Candidate Qualifications
