Job Summary

Responsibilities
Depending on the specific department, your responsibilities will include:
– Production and Packing: Managing pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
– Quality Control (QC): Performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
– Quality Assurance (QA): Overseeing documentation, managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality oversight across manufacturing processes.
– General: Maintaining accurate logs, preparing reports, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within your designated department.
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Experience: A minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical industry setting.
– Education:
– ITI or Diploma holders are welcome for relevant technical roles.
– B.Pharmacy or M.Pharmacy graduates are preferred for Production, QC, and QA positions.
– Skills: Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, a solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
