APL Health Care Limited Unit-1 is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Production Department (Compression | Capsule Filling | Continuous Coating)
- Position: Technical Assistant / Senior Technical Assistant
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / Any Degree
- Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing
- Key Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining equipment related to Granulation, Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating, Wurster Coating, Blister Packing, and Bottle Packing. Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines. Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes related to oral solid dosages.
- Hands-on experience with operating and maintaining relevant production equipment.
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
2. Quality Control (QC) Department (IP/FP, RM/PM, Stability, GLP, HPLC, GC)
- Position: Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control
- Key Responsibilities: Performing analytical testing of In-Process (IP), Finished Product (FP), Raw Materials (RM), and Packaging Materials (PM). Conducting stability studies and ensuring GLP documentation. Operating and maintaining analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC. Analyzing data and preparing reports.
- Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and Wet Lab Analysis.
- Experience in conducting stability studies and interpreting results.
- Thorough understanding of GLP documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Quality Assurance (QA) Department (AQA, IPQA, Market Complaints)
- Position: Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance
- Key Responsibilities: Performing In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines. Handling AQA (Annual Product Quality Review), QMS (Quality Management System) activities, and Market Complaint Investigations. Managing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and Deviation investigations.
- Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in conducting IPQA activities and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Familiarity with QMS principles and procedures.
- Proven ability to investigate market complaints and implement CAPA measures.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
