Available Roles
We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1. Trainee Executive: Ideal for pharmacy graduates and post-graduates looking to enter the professional pharmaceutical production space. You will work closely with experienced professionals to manage, monitor, and optimize production workflows.
2. Trainee Technical Assistant: Suitable for candidates with an ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc background who possess a strong interest in technical operations and facility maintenance within a pharmaceutical setup.
Core Work Areas
Successful candidates will be assigned to key production segments of the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) unit. These areas are vital to our manufacturing quality and require precision and attention to detail. Key departments include:
* Granulation: Learning the essential processes of particle size enlargement.
* Compression: Understanding tablet manufacturing and machinery operation.
* Coating: Managing the application of films or specialized coatings to tablets.
* Wurster Coating: Working with advanced coating technologies for specialized products.
* Capsule Filling: Handling high-speed filling equipment and ensuring standard output.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Candidates must hold a degree or certificate in B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, B.Sc, Diploma, or ITI.
* Graduation Year: We are exclusively hiring fresh graduates from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches.
* Skillset: Candidates should be proactive, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a willingness to work in a regulated industrial environment.
