Production Officer/Senior Production Officer – Walk-In Interview

Job Summary
As a Production Officer or Senior Production Officer, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in our OSD facility. You will prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), perform in-process checks, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor granulation (wet & dry), compression, capsule filling, and coating machines.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
- Conduct in-process checks and troubleshoot production-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure smooth blending and mixing operations, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Maintain equipment in optimal working condition and adhere to cleanroom standards within the OSD facility.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry), or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- BMR preparation and review.
- Wet and dry granulation techniques.
- Operation of compression machines (e.g., Fette, Sejong, Cadmach).
- Operation of capsule filling machines (e.g., PamPac, ACG).
- Coating processes (e.g., Neocoater, Glatt).
- Blending and mixing operations.
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
