Current Openings

We are actively recruiting for the following departments. Please note that prior experience in OSD Formulation is mandatory for all roles to ensure alignment with our facility’s operational requirements.

1. Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)

• Experience: 0–2 Years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
• Role Focus: Assisting in the development of robust formulations, conducting stability studies, and supporting scale-up activities in the OSD segment.

2. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)

• Experience: 4–6 Years
• Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
• Role Focus: Method development, method validation, and handling sophisticated analytical instruments to ensure the quality and purity of our formulations.

3. Quality Control (QC)

• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Role Focus: Routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dosage forms, ensuring compliance with internal and external pharmacopeial standards.

4. Quality Assurance – IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)

• Experience: 2–3 Years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Role Focus: Monitoring manufacturing processes on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines, and maintaining strict documentation standards throughout the production cycle.

5. Production

• Experience: 4–7 Years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Role Focus: Managing OSD manufacturing operations, supervising machine lines, meeting production targets, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Work Location

The positions are based at our OSD Formulation Plant in Jarod–Samlaya, Vadodara. Candidates are expected to be comfortable commuting to or residing in the proximity of the Jarod–Samlaya industrial area.
