Current Career Opportunities
We are currently hiring for multiple positions. Please note that prior experience in OSD Formulation is mandatory for all roles.
1. Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)
- Experience Required: 0–2 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- Role Focus: Assisting in the development of new formulations, supporting pilot-scale batches, and participating in formulation optimization processes.
2. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
- Experience Required: 4–6 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Role Focus: Method development, method validation, and conducting complex analytical testing to support the R&D pipeline.
3. Quality Control (QC)
- Experience Required: 1–3 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Role Focus: Testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dosage forms to ensure adherence to specification and quality standards.
4. Quality Assurance – IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Experience Required: 2–3 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Role Focus: Monitoring production floor activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines, and maintaining documentation accuracy throughout the manufacturing cycle.
5. Production
- Experience Required: 4–7 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Role Focus: Overseeing manufacturing operations, managing equipment performance, and ensuring production targets are met with strict compliance to safety and quality protocols.
