About the Role – Phones Officer / AM
The role focuses on providing services to Axis Bank customers via inbound calls, resolving queries efficiently, and offering cross-sell / upsell opportunities for bank products.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum Graduation (UG or PG)

Experience: 0 – 5 years in Voice Customer Service (Freshers eligible)
