  • Handle inbound calls from Axis Bank customers.

  • Provide first-time resolution for customer queries.

  • Deliver service with courtesy, accuracy, and compliance to banking guidelines.

  • Cross-sell and up-sell Axis Bank products.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal stakeholders.

  • Meet call quality and process efficiency targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate (completed – 2025 pass-outs not eligible without degree certificate).

  • Freshers can apply (customer service/sales experience is a plus).

  • Skills required:

    • Excellent English communication (local language is an advantage).

    • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

    • Strong sales orientation.
