Job Description:
We are currently hiring Trainee Research Associates to support our Bioanalytical Department at our Miyapur, Hyderabad facility. As a Trainee Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our bioanalytical studies. This is an on-site position, offering hands-on experience in a GLP-compliant laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality control checks on ongoing bioanalytical studies.
- Review raw data, chromatograms, and method validation reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify the calibration status of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Check concentration data before its release to the Pharmacokinetics (PK) department.
- Generate, control, and distribute method SOPs.
- Maintain and archive laboratory logbooks.
- Validate routine glassware and monitor temperature and humidity levels in the laboratory.
- Perform calibration of pipettes and multipedes.
- Coordinate training programs on SOPs for laboratory personnel.
- Ensure proper laboratory cleanliness and waste disposal practices are followed.
Qualifications and Eligibility:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Science in Chemistry (M.Sc Chemistry), or Master of Science in Organic Chemistry (M.Sc Organic Chemistry) degree.
- Graduation year: 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Must possess all academic certificates at the time of the interview.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment.
- This is a position for fresh graduates; no prior experience is required.
