Greetings from Bharat Biotech International Limited, we are hiring Experienced professionals for Production Department ( FORMULATION & FILLING ).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute formulation and filling activities for vaccine production, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
Optimize formulation processes to improve product stability, efficacy, and manufacturability.
Oversee filling operations, including vial filling, pre-filled syringes (PFS), lyophilization, and aseptic processing techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and detailed records of all production activities.
Train and mentor junior staff members on formulation and filling techniques.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in vaccine formulation and filling within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Expertise in aseptic processing techniques and sterile manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with formulation and filling production processes.
Familiarity with regulatory submissions and inspections.
