Criteria for Manufacturing:
- Qualifications: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MSc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life science, Microbiology), BSc, B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology), Diploma.
- Experience: 3- 16 years
- Manufacturing- Biosimilars, Fill Finish and Engineering.
Skill Set:
Engineering:
- Engineering & Maintenance – RPHPL, Centrifuge, fermenter, Isolator, Lyophilize, Vial cartridge’s, PFS Filling, Engineering QMS, Utilities and Electrical Maintenance.
- Instrumentation &Automation, Calibration- RPHPLC column, Centrifuge, Tank automation, Autoclave, PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS/EMS – HVAC, Engineering QMS.
- Central Engineering – Civil Greenfield and Brownfield Project, CAPEX, Experience in process requirements.
Manufacturing:
- Downstream & Upstream Process – Biosimilars Manufacturing.
- Process Engineering – Mabs
- DP Fill Finish: Medical device, DP Packaging, Visual Inspection (Track & trace, Blister, Labelling, QMS activity, Equipment Qualification)
- Aseptic Manufacturing – Isolator, Autoclave, Lyophilize, Filling, Sealing, QMS
