Available Positions:

We are seeking experienced professionals and fresh graduates for the following roles:

1. Production:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Operate and maintain production equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Perform manufacturing activities, including fermentation, purification, and formulation.
    • Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
    • Maintain accurate records of production activities.
    • Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and safety regulations.
  • Qualifications:
    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.
    • B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or related field.
    • Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.

2. Packing:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform packaging operations according to established procedures and guidelines.
    • Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of finished products.
    • Inspect packaged products for quality defects.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
    • Operate and maintain packaging equipment.
    • Adhere to safety regulations and cGMP guidelines.
  • Qualifications:
    • B.Sc./B.Pharm/ Diploma in Pharmacy
    • Experience in pharmaceutical packaging is preferred.
    • Knowledge of packaging materials and equipment.

3. Quality Control (QC):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
    • Operate and maintain analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometer).
    • Analyze data and interpret results.
    • Prepare test reports and maintain accurate records.
    • Troubleshoot analytical issues and method validations.
    • Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and quality standards.
  • Qualifications:
    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
    • Experience in analytical testing in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical setting.
    • Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.

4. Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and other quality documents.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.
    • Manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
    • Participate in regulatory inspections.
    • Ensure the quality and integrity of products and processes.

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
