Positions and Responsibilities
We are hiring for multiple positions including Executive, Senior Officer, and Officer. The ideal candidates will be assigned to either the Production Formulations (Vaccines) or the Engineering (Biologics) departments based on their background and expertise.
1. Production Formulations (Vaccines)
Our production team focuses on ensuring the highest standards of manufacturing precision. Key responsibilities include:
* Blending: You will be responsible for managing shift plans for formulation activities. This includes the hands-on operation of blending vessels, autoclaves, as well as CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) skids.
* Filling: Candidates will manage filling shift operations and operate essential machinery, including tunnel sterilizers, vacuum cleaners, and automated filling and capping machines.
* Packing and Labelling: This role involves overseeing vial labeling and VVM dot machine operations integrated with inspection systems. You will also manage batch coding using Videojet and Control Print printers, oversee Track and Trace systems, and ensure strict temperature monitoring for cold rooms and freezers.
2. Engineering (Biologics)
Our engineering team is critical to maintaining the operational integrity of our facility. Key responsibilities include:
* Process Equipment Maintenance: You will be tasked with both breakdown and preventive maintenance of critical machinery, including vial washing, filling, capping, and labeling units. Expertise in maintaining jacketed vessels, autoclaves, and lyophilization equipment is essential. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of bioreactors and fermentors.
* Instrumentation: You will manage shift operations related to Building Management Systems (BMS), calibration, and breakdown maintenance. This role also involves executing interim projects and performing complex troubleshooting for PLC and SCADA systems.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following educational criteria:
* Academic Background: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B. Pharmacy, or B. Tech (in Mechanical, EIE, or ECE). Diploma holders are also encouraged to apply for relevant positions.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 9 years of relevant experience in a vaccine or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong technical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to work in rotating shifts, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in a highly regulated environment.
