Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Your core responsibilities will include:
Testing and Validation:
You will lead and execute various laboratory testing and validation activities. This includes but is not limited to:
* Conducting Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), Sterility testing, and Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET).
* Performing Container Closure Integrity Testing.
* Carrying out routine water testing and biological indicator enumeration for paper strips, SS discs, capsules, and ampoules.
Environmental Monitoring:
You will maintain the integrity of our controlled manufacturing environments. This involves:
* Executing Environmental and Process Monitoring within Grade A, B, C, and D areas.
* Performing both passive and active air sampling as well as surface monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Quality Management Systems (QMS):
You will play a critical role in maintaining our QMS framework. This includes:
* Managing documentation and investigations related to OOL (Out of Limit) and OOS (Out of Specification) results.
* Handling Change Control procedures, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and reporting Deviations.
* Assisting in the qualification of laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong technical knowledge and a meticulous approach to quality control.
Education and Experience:
* Candidates must hold an M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology or a B.Tech in Biotechnology.
* We are seeking professionals with 2 to 14 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical microbiology or quality environment.
* Depending on your experience level, positions are available at the Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager levels.
