Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Designation: Trainee to Executive
• Perform comprehensive in-process quality checks to ensure product integrity.
• Guarantee strict compliance with cGMP, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and global regulatory requirements.
• Manage the preparation, review, and documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Ensure absolute accuracy in all batch processing and quality documentation.

Quality Control (QC)

• Designation: Trainee to Executive
• Execute analytical testing procedures, including the use of advanced instrumentation like LCMS and HPLC.
• Conduct stability studies and participate in method validation processes.
• Maintain precise QC documentation in accordance with global regulatory standards.
• Ensure all laboratory activities align with cGMP guidelines.

Production (Oral Solid Dosage – OSD)

• Designation: Officer to Senior Executive
• Oversee and manage the manufacturing processes for oral solid dosage forms.
• Ensure smooth, continuous production operations while maintaining high output efficiency.
• Uphold the highest quality standards across all production lines.
• Strictly adhere to GMP safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Production (Operator – Compression / Granulation)

• Designation: Operator
• Operate and oversee compression and granulation machinery.
• Monitor production output to ensure quality targets are met.
• Manage equipment setup and routine process operations.
• Follow established SOPs and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following educational qualifications, depending on the specific role applied for:

• B.Sc / M.Sc
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• ITI (for Operator positions)
