Key Responsibilities:
As an IPR Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced IP professionals and contribute to the following key areas:
- Patent Searching and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and search strategies to identify relevant prior art related to pharmaceutical formulations. Analyze and interpret patent information to understand the competitive landscape.
- Formulation Landscape Creation: Develop and maintain formulation-related patent landscapes to identify trends, opportunities, and potential IP risks associated with our product portfolio.
- Patent Summaries and Documentation: Prepare concise and accurate summaries of patent documents, technical reports, and other relevant documentation to support IP-related activities.
- IP Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of IP strategies for product development, including identifying patentable inventions and mitigating potential IP risks.
- Regulatory Frameworks: Learn and understand the key aspects of IPR and regulatory frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry, including patent laws, data exclusivity, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and legal, to ensure that IP considerations are integrated into the product development process.
