Open Positions

We are hiring for a variety of roles across multiple departments:

• Production (Injection – Dry Powder): Operator/Senior Operator (Filling), Officer (Manufacturing), and Executive/Senior Executive.
• Production (Oral): Assistant Manager (Manufacturing/Packing) and Executive (Manufacturing/Packing).
• Quality Assurance (QA): QA QMS/Document Reviewer, IPQA Officer (Oral), and Executive (Vendor Management).
• Quality Control (QC): Officer (HPLC) and Executive/Senior Executive (Reviewer).
• Other Departments: Microbiology, Engineering (QMS Officer, Process Maintenance Executive, Boiler Operator – A/B Class), Store, EHS, and Excise & Dispatch.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for upholding our high standards of operation. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing manufacturing activities in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining sophisticated pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Ensuring complete compliance with internal and external regulatory quality standards.
• Managing meticulous documentation, including batch production records and quality checks.
• Performing laboratory activities, analytical testing, and equipment validation.
• Coordinating vendor management, safety protocols (EHS), and plant maintenance activities.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with relevant educational backgrounds and, ideally, previous pharmaceutical experience.

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology), B.Tech (Engineering/Biotech), ITI, D.Pharm, or relevant graduate degrees.
• Experience: We welcome applications from professionals with 1 to 13 years of industry experience. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are also encouraged to apply based on department-specific requirements.
