Discovery Chemistry / CRO / Pharmaceutical sector
Roles & Responsibilities
-
End-to-end project management through the project lifecycle
-
Prepare weekly status reports for upper management
-
Conduct LNB & E-LNB audits monthly
-
Manage international shipment procedures for compounds
-
Maintain documentation and trackers (MoM, action items, project status)
-
Track project timelines, handle risks/issues, and ensure prompt resolution
-
Manage stakeholder communications (technical and non-technical)
-
Prepare project cost estimates, optimize resources, track productivity
-
Handle chemical/SFC billing, FTE invoicing, and headcount reports
Preferred Profile
-
Hands-on experience in Discovery Chemistry (CRO) environments

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills

Proficient in handling multiple stakeholders and tracking tools
