Job Description:
As an Apprentice in Manufacturing or Quality, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations while gaining invaluable practical experience. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, contributing to the production and quality control processes within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily production and packaging activities, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines.
- Support quality control testing and documentation, contributing to the maintenance of product quality.
- Learn and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the plant, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting potential improvements to processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production and quality goals.
- Support in data analysis and report generation for quality monitoring.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- B.Pharma degree completed in 2024 or 2025 (Freshers only).
- Strong academic record with a good understanding of pharmaceutical principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive learning attitude and a strong desire to develop your skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts).
- Candidates residing in Goa will be given preference, but all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly stipend during apprenticeship: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (₹2.4–3.6 LPA equivalent).
