Cipla is conducting a walk-in interview for Apprentice (Production) roles at their Virgonagar facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Job Details:
- Role- Apprenticeship Trainee
- Qualification – Diploma Chemical/BTech Chemical
- Experience: Freshers
- Job Location: Virgonagar, Aavalahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Note: Freshers from 2024 and 2025 batches are eligible to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating production equipment under supervision
- Monitor and document manufacturing processes and equipment parameters
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Assist in Maintaining proper documentation and logbooks as per regulatory requirements
- Participate in daily line clearance, changeover, and shift handover processes
- Learn and support troubleshooting under guidance of senior staff
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Assist in material handling and inventory management activities
