Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Associate STEM Content Analysts to research, analyze, and interpret payer restrictions and policy data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering formulary and restrictions information using GenAI-powered workflows, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across various therapeutic classes. This position involves collaborating with global teams and contributing to ad-hoc research projects to meet client deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Data Analysis: Source, research, evaluate, and interpret payer restrictions and policy data from various sources.
- Content Entry and Management: Enter formulary and restrictions information accurately and efficiently using GenAI-powered workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data across all therapeutic classes.
- Documentation: Collect, organize, and store supporting documentation to maintain a comprehensive and accessible knowledge base.
- Automation Support: Support automation processes for restrictions policy research, contributing to efficiency improvements.
- Project Collaboration: Contribute to ad-hoc research projects to meet client deliverables and support team goals.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with global teams across India, the US, and Canada to achieve common objectives and share knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmaceutical Sciences degree.
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), research tools, and data management systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret clinical and healthcare data, with a focus on understanding policy implications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Market Access Knowledge: Familiarity with Market Access, Managed Care, and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) data.
- Teamwork: Experience working in team-oriented environments and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
