Responsibilities
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials at assigned sites.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for investigators, study sponsors, and cross-functional CRO teams.
- Ensure all trial activities strictly adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate patient recruitment, obtain informed consent, and manage patient visits.
- Maintain comprehensive trial records, including Investigator Site Files (ISF), Case Report Forms (CRF), and Trial Master Files (TMF).
Business Development (BD) Executive
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinical research and healthcare services market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders in pharma, biotech, and other CRO partners.
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and client acquisition strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the company’s leadership.
- Oversee calendar management, coordinate internal and external communications, and prepare essential documentation.
- Assist in business planning, performance reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential corporate information with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Clinical Research Coordinator: A degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of clinical trial phases, ICH-GCP, and documentation standards.
- Business Development Executive: A degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy; an MBA is highly preferred. Must demonstrate strong sales aptitude, market awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Executive Assistant: A graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). Candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Required Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical research processes, regulatory frameworks, and trial documentation.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong business acumen for BD roles and logical problem-solving for operations.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet strict deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience and interview performance:
- Clinical Research Coordinator: ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
- Business Development Executive: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA
- Executive Assistant to the CEO: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA
