Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Clinical Trial Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial documentation, coordinating patient recruitment, and ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months, offering a consolidated salary of ₹27,000 per month.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and maintaining clinical trial documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the clinical trial process.
  • Assisting investigators during study initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
  • Coordinating patient recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date study records, case report forms (CRFs), and data entry.
  • Liaising with ethics committees, sponsors, hospital departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to GCP guidelines and trial protocols.
  • Assisting with data management and quality control activities.
  • Preparing and submitting reports as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Post-graduation in Science (M.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, or related field).
  • Mandatory: Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in clinical research is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
