Job Description
As a Process Executive – Voice (English & Hindi), you will handle customer interactions and moderate online listings with high accuracy. The role involves ensuring timely task completion, maintaining performance standards, and achieving customer satisfaction through efficient communication and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Moderate and validate listings with over 98% accuracy.

Ensure all work is completed within defined SLA/TAT timelines.

Monitor, track, and improve individual performance metrics.

Apply analytical judgment to maintain data integrity and user satisfaction.

Collaborate with team leads to highlight areas of improvement.

Maintain zero escalations and ensure 100% client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi (reading and speaking).

Proficient in MS Office and computer applications.

Typing speed of 30 words per minute (preferred).

Basic understanding of Google Maps and geography.
