About the Role
Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Associate for our Semi-Voice process. You will be responsible for reviewing, moderating, and updating information to ensure that our users receive the most reliable and precise data possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Associate, your primary focus will be to ensure that every listing you manage meets our high-quality standards. Your core responsibilities will include:
Moderation and Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for the thorough moderation of business listings. Your objective is to maintain an accuracy rate of 98% or higher, ensuring that all data points are verified and correct.
Adherence to Service Levels: You must ensure that every task is completed within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT). We look for candidates who can manage their time effectively to meet productivity targets without compromising on quality.
Performance Management: You will be expected to track your own performance metrics regularly. We value individuals who take ownership of their work and are proactive in identifying areas for professional growth and improvement.
Data Accuracy and Judgment: You will be required to exercise sound judgment when validating map information. It is essential to ensure that all details provided are authentic and accurately reflected on our mapping platforms.
Customer Satisfaction: Your ultimate goal is to contribute to a seamless user experience. You must remain focused on delivering quality outcomes to achieve 100% user satisfaction while ensuring that there are no escalations from clients or customers regarding the data provided.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of analytical skills and strong communication abilities. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory. You must be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking in both languages fluently.
Technical Skills: You should be proficient with basic computer operations and have a solid working knowledge of the MS Office suite. Candidates must possess a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Geographical Awareness: A fair understanding of map navigation, general geography, and previous experience or interest in customer support is highly advantageous.
Problem-Solving and Proactivity: You should have the ability to identify potential issues or areas of opportunity within our processes and communicate these findings to your supervisor effectively.
Adaptability: The business requirements may necessitate working in different shifts or locations. Candidates should be flexible and willing to adapt to the operational needs of the organization.
Application of Knowledge: You must demonstrate the ability to take the theoretical knowledge you have acquired and apply it practically to real-world tasks.
