Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Provide database insights and analytical support to Operations teams.
- Develop and standardize client reporting templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Client Services teams globally to understand and address reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot telephony and database-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Generate monthly client activity summaries and internal inquiry reports.
- Assist in quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide administrative support for report creation and reconciliation.
- Train and mentor new team members on database usage and reporting systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all relevant data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data platform creation and report generation.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical data systems is a plus.
