About the Role:

As a Data Management Reporting Programmer, you will collaborate with cross-functional study teams to design, create, enhance, automate, and manage reporting solutions that are essential for effective clinical data review. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of clinical development processes and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Location: Remote (India & Bulgaria)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reporting solutions to ensure the timely delivery of clinical data management reports.
  • Create, enhance, automate, and retire reports in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure the timely delivery of reports across different teams and in alignment with study timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting deliverables.
  • Support increased automation of reporting processes using tools such as Spotfire, JReview, and other relevant technologies.
  • Build or enhance reporting tools to facilitate efficient and effective cross-functional clinical trial data reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for data reporting and visualization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data reporting and visualization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in programming, a technical field, a clinical discipline, or a health-related area.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with clinical data management systems, including:
    • Oracle RDC / Inform
    • Medidata Rave
    • Datalabs
    • Or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire and JReview.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A proven track record of delivering customer-focused, high-quality outputs that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes and data management principles.
