Location: Omega Phase-2, Tower 1 (2nd Floor), Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift)

Experience: Freshers (0-1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical reports, clinical data, and patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical concepts related to Oncology, Physiology, Urology, Human Anatomy, and Genetics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify medical information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain strict compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Assist in medical coding and terminology checks to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
    • MSc / BSc in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Zoology)
  • Skills Required:
    • Solid understanding of Oncology, Physiology, Urology, Human Anatomy, and Genetics.
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies in medical documentation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using computer applications and databases.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
