Role Description
As a Production Trainee, you will play an integral role in our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the production of tablets and capsules, ensuring that all activities are carried out in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals to build a strong foundation in pharmaceutical production under the guidance of experienced industry experts. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills required to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting in manufacturing operations such as granulation, compression, coating, blending, filling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
* Operating, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth workflow and sanitary standards.
* Maintaining precise documentation and records for all batch processing activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Working closely with senior operators and officers during batch processing and equipment changeovers.
* Ensuring that all tasks are performed while strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and internal safety protocols.
* Contributing to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety, quality, and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive to learn and the discipline to maintain professional standards. The following qualifications and attributes are expected:
* Education: Candidates must hold any degree, with specific preference for B.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy graduates.
* Experience: This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
* Technical Knowledge: A foundational understanding of pharmaceutical production processes is highly preferred. Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and SOP documentation is an added advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
* Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts to meet production schedules.
* Professionalism: High levels of discipline, a strong sense of teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
