Eligibility and Documentation

  • Recent passport-sized photograph.
  • PAN Card and Aadhar Card for identity verification.

  • Relevant experience certificates (if applicable).

Selection Process

The selection process is designed to ensure the best fit for our clinical and technical teams. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Walk-in Interviews: Candidates are invited to attend the selection session at the Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Cancer Centre, located in Sunder Bagiya, B.H.U Campus, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Written and Skill Assessments: In the event of a large volume of applicants, the institute reserves the right to conduct a written examination. Based on the performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for a subsequent skill test or personal interview.
  • Online Interview Option: For candidates residing outside of Varanasi, an option to attend the interview online is available for specific posts (Sr. No. 1 through 5). To be considered, applicants must email their resume and supporting documents as a single PDF file to [email protected] no later than Sunday, March 22, 2026. The email subject line must clearly state the advertisement number and the specific post applied for. Please note that only shortlisted candidates meeting all eligibility criteria will be contacted for the virtual interview.

Important Notes

  • Contract Tenure: Initial appointments will be for a period of six months. Extension of employment beyond this period is strictly based on the candidate’s performance, professional conduct, and the ongoing operational requirements of the institute.
  • Accommodation: Candidates traveling from outstation locations are advised that the institute does not provide on-campus accommodation. Applicants are responsible for arranging their own lodging and travel during the interview process.
  • Preparation: We encourage all candidates to arrive well-prepared and ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate. Failure to produce the required original documents at the time of the walk-in interview may result in disqualification.
