Departmental Roles and Responsibilities
Analytical Research and Development (AR&D)
We are seeking professionals for roles involving both Analytical Validations and Analytical Development within the API division. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of our pharmaceutical research processes.
Key requirements for these roles include:
Professional experience in Analytical Validations or Analytical Development specifically within an API setting.
Hands-on proficiency in operating advanced analytical equipment, including HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, or ICPMS.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Hiring Trainees (Male Candidates Only)
We are actively seeking trainees who have a solid academic foundation and a strong desire to learn. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to our laboratory operations and grow alongside the company.
Applicants must have a clean academic record with no active backlogs.
Candidates should possess basic conceptual knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV, and IR techniques.
We value candidates with a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn new methodologies, and good interpersonal skills.
Regulatory Affairs (Executive)
Our Regulatory Affairs team is essential for maintaining our global standards and ensuring that our products reach patients worldwide in compliance with international laws.
Responsibilities include:
Managing, organizing, and filing regulatory documentation on a global scale to maintain full compliance with various regulatory bodies.
Providing prompt and accurate regulatory support to our customers.
Engaging in regular teleconferences with customers to resolve queries and provide updates.
Supporting plant operations through change control evaluation.
Managing the lifecycle of regulatory submissions and ensuring that all activities align with region-specific requirements.
Responding to Drug Master File (DMF) deficiency letters from global regulatory agencies with speed, accuracy, and technical adequacy.
Eligibility and Compensation
We offer competitive compensation packages ranging from 2.5 to 6.5 Lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and technical expertise. Applicants must hold a relevant degree in MS/M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm. We welcome applicants with experience ranging from 0 to 5 years.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of a face-to-face interview. Candidates will be evaluated on their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and fit for the company culture. The interview process will be handled by our HR team.
