Role Description
As a Trainee in API Production, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities in Dahej or Sarigam. Your primary objective will be to support the production team while learning the intricacies of chemical manufacturing processes. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals who will help you translate your academic knowledge into practical application.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Monitoring production equipment and maintaining process logs under the supervision of senior engineers and chemists.
Ensuring that all activities strictly adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to maintain product integrity and safety.
Learning and following Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols to contribute to a safe working environment.
Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs designed to enhance your technical skills.
Maintaining documentation accurately to support production efficiency and quality control efforts.

Degree/Diploma: You hold a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, a Diploma, or a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Graduation Status: We are accepting applications from candidates who passed out between 2023 and 2026, as well as those currently in their final year of study.
Skills: A strong foundation in chemistry principles, a safety-first mindset, and an eagerness to learn.
