Role Details

Position: Transaction – Backend Operations (Non-Voice)

Experience: 1 – 2 years (Healthcare/Claims/Non-Voice domain preferred)

Education: Only Non-Tech Graduates eligible

Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
Responsibilities
-
Perform data entry of member, provider & claim details
-
Validate information and ensure accuracy
-
Identify duplicate claims and take corrective action
-
Investigate alerts, policy messages & hospital contracts
-
Refer cases to calling or specialist teams as required
-
Detect fraud/overcharges and ensure compliance
Skills Required

Strong knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies
-
Eye for detail & investigative skills

Analytical thinking with good comprehension & interpretation

Excellent English (written & verbal)
