Job Responsibilities

Perform data entry of member, provider, invoice & medical details.

Validate claims and detect duplicate entries or fraud.

Review hospital contracts & take action as per policy.

Investigate alerts & discrepancies in claims.

Refer cases to specialized departments when needed.
Candidate Profile

Education: Non-Tech Graduates only.

Experience: 1–3 years (Healthcare/Claims/Non-voice).

Shifts: 24×7.

Strong knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies.

Excellent interpretation & comprehension skills.
