Ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of customer service experience, this role focuses on ensuring safe and high-quality digital content while delivering excellent customer support in a global work environment.

Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content as per guidelines

  • Identify and escalate sensitive or policy-violating material

  • Maintain accuracy and uphold content quality standards

  • Provide exceptional customer service to users

  • Analyze trends and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Except Law/Diploma)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work with sensitive or explicit content

  • Experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
