Summary:
Gland Pharma Limited is seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Production and Packing departments as Apprentices at our Dundigal Unit in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for recent ITI, Diploma, and B.Sc Chemistry graduates (2022-2025 pass-outs) to gain valuable hands-on experience in a world-class sterile injectables manufacturing environment, under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).
Job Summary:
This apprenticeship program provides a structured learning experience where you will work alongside experienced professionals in our Production and Packing departments. You will assist in various manufacturing and packing operations, learn about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and contribute to the production of high-quality injectable pharmaceutical products. This is a one-year program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of sterile injectable manufacturing and packing.
- Adhere to strict cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain production and packing equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.
- Support the accurate and timely documentation of production processes and batch records.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: ITI, Diploma (any stream), or B.Sc Chemistry degree completed in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Must not be currently enrolled under ESI & PF.
- Freshers with a strong desire to learn and develop are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
