We are looking for motivated and energetic freshers (2023–2025 pass-outs) to join our Production and Engineering departments. This program, conducted under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), offers a fantastic platform for young graduates and diploma holders to kickstart their professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry.

Eligibility Criteria
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: B.Sc (Chemistry), B.A, B.Com, ITI, or Diploma holders.
- Pass-out Year: Only candidates who graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
- Experience: This position is strictly for freshers; candidates with prior work experience need not apply.
- Compliance: Candidates must not be currently enrolled under ESIC or EPF.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Selected apprentices will be responsible for supporting the core functions of our facility, including:
- Assisting in day-to-day production and engineering operations.
- Learning and implementing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Supporting technical operations within an injectable plant environment.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
