Job Title: Apprentice – Packing Department
Job Summary:
Gland Pharma Ltd, a leading global injectable-focused pharmaceutical company, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Packing Department as Apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates (2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 pass-outs) to gain hands-on experience in a USFDA and EU-GMP approved facility. As an Apprentice, you will assist in the primary and secondary packing of injectable products, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This apprenticeship is offered under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the primary and secondary packing processes of injectable pharmaceutical products.
- Adhere to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in the packing line at all times.
- Support line clearance activities, batch coding, labeling, and cartoning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Learn and operate semi-automatic and automatic packing machinery effectively.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment within the packing department.
Requirements:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry)
- Passing Year: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs only
- Experience: Freshers only; no prior work experience required.
- Other Requirements: Candidates must not be registered under ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) & EPF (Employees’ Provident Fund).
- Must possess a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
