Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking experienced candidates to join our Production department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure that production targets are met while strictly adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Ensuring all manufacturing activities are conducted in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Participating in the documentation of production logs, batch records, and other relevant reports to ensure complete traceability.
* Monitoring production workflows to identify potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Engineering, to address technical issues and maintain a high standard of output.
* Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Taking part in periodic training sessions to stay updated on technological advancements and regulatory changes within the industry.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: Candidates should hold a degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical production environment is required.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, machinery handling, and cGMP standards is essential.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are critical for success in this role.
