Job Description
We are inviting applications from both experienced professionals and fresh graduates for various roles within our Production and Quality Control departments. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing and testing processes adhere to the highest industry standards.
In the Production department, you will assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In the Quality Control department, you will play a vital role in testing and verifying products to maintain our commitment to quality and safety. We are specifically looking for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Candidates should hold a Diploma, B.Tech, or a degree in B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry.
- Experience: We welcome candidates ranging from fresh graduates to those with up to 8 years of professional experience.
- Academic Focus: For B.Sc. and M.Sc. candidates, a graduation year of 2025 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: A strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes or quality control laboratory practices is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a disciplined approach to workplace safety and documentation are essential.
