Responsibilities
-
Manage customer account portfolios and ensure timely collections.
-
Review aging reports & prioritize collection efforts.
-
Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with customers.
-
Collaborate with billing, sales, credit control & legal teams.
-
Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and minimize bad debts.
-
Prepare weekly reports, dashboards & audit documentation.
-
Handle escalated, high-value, and complex collection cases.
-
Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
-
Drive process improvements & automation initiatives.
-
Ensure compliance with audit standards and SLAs.
Eligibility & Skills
-
Education: Any Graduate (UG)
-
Experience: 1–4 years in OTC/Collections (mandatory)

Knowledge of O2C/Finance operations
