Job Summary
This role involves customer service support and collections through inbound and outbound calls in the US healthcare domain. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in RCM/DME.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies/customers for eligibility verification, prior authorization, and information updates.

Handle inbound calls to resolve queries, complaints, and payments at the first point of contact.

Log, track, and process service requests as per KPIs and SLAs.

Manage daily workflows, update records, and ensure compliance with US healthcare standards.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas.

Education & Experience
