Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer operations.

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

• Strong understanding of English grammar and clarity in communication.

• Comfortable working in night shifts only.

• Handle customer service operations via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide accurate and timely support to customers.

• Maintain high-quality communication and problem resolution.

• Ensure adherence to process standards and SLA compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
