Job Highlights & Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Continuous engagement with mapped portfolio customers, accurate interaction capture.

  • Call Handling & Query Resolution: Resolve queries as per defined service standards.

  • Promote Digital Banking: Encourage customers to use digital platforms.

  • Cross-Selling & Deepening Relationships:

    • Products like Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory, TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.

    • Profiling customers to pitch the right products.

  • Complaint Management: Accurate logging & resolution.

  • Retention & Attrition Control: Ensure portfolio stability.

  • Monitoring Accounts: Track large transactions, closures, and ensure retention.

  • Sales Achievement: Meet portfolio parameters & sales penetration goals.

Eligibility

  • Education: Any Graduate

  • Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in customer service, banking sales, or relationship management)

  • Skills Needed:

    • Strong communication & customer engagement skills

    • Cross-selling & portfolio management capability

    • Comfort with digital banking tools
